The hotel was located right by the restaurant and venezuela and Caracas. The room was clean and fantastic, with free Wi-Fi. The facilities such as climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge were available. Was a chilled-out base for trip.

The bed was dirty, unfortunately.

We requested a suite and it was brand new, with the hotel being close to a restaurant and the city center.

Excellent Location and Great Service

During my recent stay at a hotel in Caracas, I had a fantastic experience at Continental Altamira. The hotel's location is superb, with numerous shops and restaurants just steps away. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing assistance with taxis and directions whenever needed.

Although there was some noise from the main road, it didn't disturb me significantly. However, the only drawback was the fact that the hotel gates were closed when we arrived late at night.

Great location, friendly staff, spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, lovely views.

The breakfast selection was good, plus it was made to order from a list of options which was a nice touch. , the location was really convenient and within walking distance of some great restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and worked well throughout my stay.

Sadly, the overall state of the hotel was not good. The rooms were old and in desperate need of renovation, plus they felt dirty and poorly maintained.
